It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to “RAJCUTICON 2025”, the 46th Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Lepreologists, Rajasthan Branch. It will be our earnest endeavor to provide you feast of Knowledge that you can carry home and utilize for the benefit of your patients. Eminent speakers will be delivering their personal experiences on the difficult to manage aspects. Ranthambore, the venue of the conference offers everything that a tourist demands of nature that includes Ranthambore National Park, National Chambal Gharial Sanctuary Pali ghat, Ranthambore fort, Chauth Ka Barwara mata temple, Rajiv Gandhi Regional Museum, Sawai Madhopur to enjoy in silent glades and especially mouthwatering dishes like ‘Dal-Bati- churma’ and Kharbooje ke laddu’. We are trying our best to make this event informative, interesting and enjoyable.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTE

• 🧾 Postgraduates must provide a Certificate from Head of the Department (HOD) to avail PG registration rates.
• ❌ No refund requests will be entertained after 15th October 2024.
• 🔁 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the conference, with 25% deduction as administrative charges.
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children above 12 years must be registered as accompanying persons.

• E-Poster
  (Based on Case Reports, Case Series, or Original Research)

Note: Priority for oral presentations will be given to original research. Each delegate can submit only one abstract for oral presentation.

📝 ABSTRACT PREPARATION GUIDELINES

• Language: English
• Font: Times New Roman, size 14, double-spaced
• Word Limit: Maximum 250 words
• Document:
  • Do not include identifying author information in the abstract.
  • Submit author names, affiliations, and contact details in a separate Word document within the same email.

🚫 Do Not Include:

• Keywords
• Graphs, Figures, Tables
• References

❗Important:

• All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not previously presented.
• A conflict of interest declaration is mandatory.
• Once submitted, abstracts cannot be edited.
• No financial support will be provided; however, selected presenters will be formally acknowledged.
